This is a small movement library to keep you moving through the summer from wherever you are in the world!

Create some nourishing moments to attend to yourself with these simple classes and mobility sessions. Enjoy!

60-minute flow classes:

    15-minute mobilisation sessions:

  • Morning movement activation

  • Neck and shoulder mobilisation

  • Standing flows

  • Spine mobilisation


Opening of the library has been cancelled, as I am taking a new turn and expanding my offerings as a wellbeing mentor and coach.

"I've been really enjoying the recorded flow class series.

The sessions are a really nice balance between movement & meditation and I really like the sequences. I definitely notice the good quality audio & screen resolution, but it's really just the cherry on top!
