Wellbeing can easily become another box to tick on your to-do list which can be overwhelming, but it is more radical than that. It is about creating a new way of living as the full expression of a you that radically loves you!

In the years of my personal development process and my professional studies in embodied practices, I am always led back to the Self – whatever detour I have taken, I am led back “home” with deeper understanding and a new perspective.

This is what I want to share with you in this course. The knowledge that has helped me move forwards feeling connected and empowered within myself, and able to navigate and find meaning in this thing we call life.

The course will be a combination of theory and practice - sharing the teachings, but also sharing practical steps and tools for embodied practices – such as breathwork & meditation – to set you up on your way to living life purposefully.
