

Day 1 is about breath awareness and the importance of nose breathing.
Day 2 we are going through some journaling prompts around celebrations. There is a pdf you can download in the dowloads section.
Day 3 is back to the breath and we look at diaphragmatic breath.
Day 5 we are doing alternate nostril breathing. Take 2 minutes in your day to practice.
Day 6 we are doing some movement, focusing on neck mobilisations.
Day 10 is a gratitude practice with journaling and a meditation.
Day 11 is back to movement with spine mobilities. As Joseph Pilates very famously said: "You are only as young as your spine is flexible." I would highly recommend a daily spine routine!
DAY 12 is an energetic activation, that will give you a felt sensation of the expansion of energy in our bodies. It is the energetic distillation of wellness and you can use it as a reminder of the state you want to tap in every time you need it.
