

This is a short video to mobilise and strengthen neck and shoulders. You will need a strap or scarf and a yoga brick or a book.
This workshop includes the teaching part with self-reflection and journaling in the first 30 minutes. Around the 30-minute mark we have a movement practice. Approximately at 40 minutes it is the meditation and energetic journey, lasting about 20 minutes.
Here are a few things to prepare for this workshop:
Create the space for it
Light a candle
Have pen and paper to journal
Have a glass of water or a cuppa of some sort at hand
Wear something comfortable
